Reinvented Fit

This past winter, I went to New York and of course had to go and visit the fashion district to shop at MOOD. While I was there, I purchased this beautiful Chelsea and Violet jacquard fabric. I got an old pair of jeans from the thrift store and adjusted the waist to fit mine and embellished them with this beautiful fabric. This particular textile is reversed so I used one print for the pockets and another for the hem of the pants. Along with the pants, I created a super trendy sheer top made out of tulle. It is the same pink as my ling sleeve turtleneck, so it was the perfect items to pair together. All I did was get some measurements from the turtleneck and created a pattern out of it which helped me create the tulle garment.
